The short version
Voxel runs entirely on your Mac. Your voice recordings, cloned models, and generated audio never leave your device. The only personal information we have is the name and email you provide when purchasing a Pro license.
Voxel is a macOS desktop application for AI voice cloning. All voice processing — recording, model training, and speech synthesis — happens locally on your computer using on-device machine learning. No audio data is sent to any server, ever.
We keep this as minimal as possible:
To be completely clear, we never collect:
All voice data, models, and generated audio are stored locally on your Mac in Voxel's application data folder. You can delete this data at any time by removing the app. We have no access to it.
We use a third-party payment processor to handle Pro license purchases. They receive your name, email, and payment information to process the transaction. We do not store your payment details ourselves. No other third-party services have access to any of your data.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Our commitment to local-first, private-by-default operation is core to Voxel and will not change.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how Voxel handles your data, reach out to us at hexmount.io.
